In Four Questions Level I, you learned how to use the Basic Process in a very general way, for your overall wellbeing.

In Level II, we’ll step into new territory, learning how to use the Questions to help with specific complaints, as well as how to find your focus fast when you need it. 


What’s included in Level II: 

  • Presence NOW: Learn how to use 4Q to help you step into your power quickly when life is coming at you and you don't have the space or time to introspect.
  • Let go of the Painful stuff that no longer belongs: Experience what it's like to help aspects of yourself that have been holding unnecessary pain to let it go in a very supportive and compassionate way.
  • Learn the Four Questions Chakra Alignment process to help bring things into coherence that aren’t necessarily showing up in your regular practice.
  • Learn a couple of additional questions that can help with clarifying and restoring your empathic and energetic Boundaries.

Beginning issue: "I want to pull the art out of me."


After Four Questions: "I feel more love flowing through me. I cannot feel judgment for myself in the same way. I still have the same fears but I am holding the fear, excitement, and empathy simultaneously.

These are very good questions to ask oneself when in a quandary, or in pain, or just seeking answers.
